What can you buy in the Crestron shop?

The shop covers the Crestron range that businesses, schools and homes in Ireland use every day:

• Meeting rooms: AirMedia wireless presentation, Crestron Flex and 1 Beyond video conferencing, room scheduling panels and FlipTop table boxes.
• AV distribution: DM NVX AV over IP, DM NAX networked audio, HDMI switchers, presentation switchers, transmitters, receivers and USB extenders.
• Control: 4-Series control processors, touch screens, handheld remotes, keypads and I/O interfaces.
• Lighting, shades and climate: DIN rail dimmers and switches, Zum wireless and wired lighting, sensors, shade power supplies and thermostats.

How does buying from the Crestron shop work?

1. Build your list. Add products to your quote list, or tap Request a quote on any product page.
2. Send it to us. Add your details and tell us whether you need installation and programming.
3. Get a written quote. We check availability with Crestron and send your quote through our client portal, where you can read it, ask questions and accept it.
4. Agree the date. Once you are happy, we confirm the delivery or installation date with you.
5. Pay the invoice. We send the invoice, which is paid in full before the goods ship or the visit goes ahead.

There is no online checkout, no deposit and no stage payments on shop orders. You only pay once you have the price and a date that suits you.

Why are some prices shown and others on request?

Crestron publishes an advertised price for some of its products in Ireland. Where it does, we show it on the product page, before VAT and including VAT.

For the rest of the range, Crestron asks authorised dealers to give the price to you directly rather than list it online. The price is not a secret: add the product to your quote list and we will send it to you. Delivery, installation and programming are always quoted separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Replacing a failed Crestron unit?

Many people find us by searching for a part number after something stops working: a touch screen, a DM NVX endpoint, a keypad, a dimmer module or a control processor. Search the shop for the part number on the label, add it to your list and tell us what happened.

A like for like replacement usually needs setting up before the system recognises it, for example its IP ID or Cresnet ID, its network settings or the programme loaded. We can do that on site, or remotely if the system is online. If Crestron has discontinued the model, we will tell you which current product replaces it and whether anything else needs to change.

Do you install and programme what you sell?

Yes. Every product page links to Crestron installation and programming. Installation is charged at €110 an hour plus VAT, with a 4 hour visit at €440 and a full day at €880. Remote support is the same hourly rate. Travel is free within 40 km of our Skerries or Cork office, €75 from 40 to 120 km and €150 beyond that.
