Crestron UCA-B70-MIC-AUX Videobar 70 Companion Extension Mic Pod

No. Crestron states that the companion pod must be connected to the UCA-B70-MIC Primary Extension Microphone Pod for operation. Its In port connects to the primary pod, which in turn connects directly to the Videobar 70, and the companion pod is powered through that connection.

Both have the same eight-microphone array, 2.3 m pickup range, mute button and LED. The UCA-B70-MIC is the primary pod that connects directly to the Videobar 70 and has an Out port. The UCA-B70-MIC-AUX is the companion that connects to the primary pod's Out port.

Pressing the physical button on top of the pod mutes or unmutes the Videobar 70 and the microphone pods. The LED shows red when the microphones are muted and green when they are unmuted, and a recessed reset button is on the bottom.

It is for tabletop use only and measures 24 mm high, 121 mm wide and 121 mm deep, weighing 0.3 kg (0.67 lb). The housing is metal with a black fabric cover, perforated for the microphone array, and there is a rubber pad on the bottom.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the UCA-B70-MIC-AUX on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the UCA-B70-MIC-AUX develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
