About the Crestron TSR-310

The portrait 320 x 480 capacitive screen uses Smart Graphics and supports 3-point multitouch, with automatic brightness that can be set to high, medium or low. The remote also has power, home and voice buttons, eight programmable function keys, eleven programmable transport keys including DVR and record, and a metal-plated five-way navigation pad. White LEDs backlight every button label.

The navigation pad changes colour when the remote enters its four-colour button mode, and the voice button starts voice command capture so functions can be run by spoken command. The remote uses 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi on 2.4 or 5 GHz with a range of up to 15 m (50 ft), and it can hand off between up to four Wi-Fi access points. Projects can be up to 512 MB.

Power and charging go through the dock: the included power pack (100 to 240 VAC input, 2 A at 5 VDC output) connects via the charging dock, and Crestron states that one TSR-310-DS table dock comes with each remote. The TSR-310-DS-H horizontal table dock is another option. The remote measures 24 mm high, 58 mm wide and 221 mm deep and comes in black (TSR-310-B) or white (TSR-310-W).

What is the Crestron TSR-310?

Does the TSR-310 come with a warranty?

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the TSR-310 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
