About the Crestron C2N-RTHS

The sensor measures temperature from -40 to 80°C with a tolerance of ±0.5°C over the full range, and relative humidity from 0% to 100% with a tolerance of ±5%. Readings are output at 0.1°C and 1% RH resolution. It communicates with any Crestron control system over Cresnet, drawing just 0.25 W, and a recessed setup button is used for Touch-Settable ID (TSID).

One-piece mounting keeps fitting simple. The sensor mounts in a 26 mm diameter round hole in plasterboard (drywall) and protrudes about 3 mm, with a primed metal cap that can be painted or wallpapered. Connection is by a 4-wire pigtail of about 254 mm. For new builds, the optional MMK-RS mounting kit, sold separately, simplifies wiring and positioning at the rough-in stage and allows a completely flush mount.

The MMK-RS is an optional pre-construction mounting kit, sold separately. Fitted at the rough-in stage, it makes the wiring and the sensor position easier to set, and it allows the sensor to be mounted completely flush so it is barely visible on the wall.

Does the C2N-RTHS come with a warranty?

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the C2N-RTHS develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Is the C2N-RTHS in stock?

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Can I buy the C2N-RTHS without installation?

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
