Crestron HD-DA4-4KZ 1:4 HDMI Distribution Amplifier, 4K60 HDR

It is a 1:4 HDMI distribution amplifier that splits a single HDMI source to four separate outputs. It handles UHD and DCI 4K60 4:4:4 and HDR video, supports HDCP 1.4 or 2.2 and carries high-bitrate 7.1 audio, so four displays, switchers or other devices can share one source.

No. The HD-DA4-4KZ-E needs no programming or control system. Settings are made on the unit: a three-position slide switch selects the HDCP version, a SETUP button restores factory settings and a recessed RESET button performs a hardware reset.

It supports 4096x2160 (DCI 4K) and 3840x2160 (4K UHD) at up to 60 Hz, with 4:4:4 colour sampling at 24 bit or 4:2:2 at 36 bit at 60 Hz. It also handles 2560x1600 and 1080p at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 at 36 bit, plus 1080i, 3D and HDR10.

The HDMI connections support HDCP and EDID but do not pass CEC. EDID can run in DEFAULT mode, which presents 4K60 4:4:4 non-HDR video with 2-channel LPCM audio, or in COPY 1ST mode, and a custom EDID can be uploaded from a USB flash drive through the USB 2.0 service port.

It is powered by the included PW-2407WU power pack, which takes 100 to 240 VAC and outputs 24 VDC at 0.75 A, and typically uses 5.5 W. The black metal chassis measures 22 mm high, 206 mm wide and 119 mm deep, with two integral flanges for freestanding, surface or single rack rail mounting.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HD-DA4-4KZ on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HD-DA4-4KZ develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
