About the Crestron SIW-100-USB
The indicator uses an acrylic lens with edgelit RGB LEDs and is clearly visible at 50 ft (15 m). When connected by USB to a room scheduling touch screen, it alternates between red and green to show whether the room is available. It works with TSW-70 and TSW-80 series touch screens, and custom functionality is possible when it is connected to a Crestron control system.
There are two ways to connect it. A USB 2.0 device port (micro USB Type B) links it to a TSW-70 or TSW-80 touch screen, with a plenum-rated 6 ft (1.83 m) micro B to A cable included, and a TSW-80 connection needs the included adapter. Alternatively it runs as a Cresnet client on the control system, set with a CNET ID button behind the bezel. It draws 1.2 W from USB or 2.4 W from Cresnet at 24VDC.
The SIW-100-USB mounts on the wall over a single-gang electrical box or plaster ring. It has a metal bracket, a replaceable acrylic lens and a magnetically held grey plastic bezel, measures 6.41 in. (163 mm) high, 2.79 in. (71 mm) wide and 2.16 in. (55 mm) deep, and projects 2 in. (52 mm) from the wall. The included adapter can also convert an existing SIW, SSW or SSC series sign from USB-A to USB-C for TSW-80 touch screens.

Which touch screens does the SIW-100-USB work with?

Yes. Crestron says each ADPT-USB-USB-RA adapter can convert an existing room availability sign in the SIW, SSW or SSC series from USB-A to USB-C, for compatibility with TSW-80 touch screens. The adapter is 6.00 in. (152 mm) long.

Does the SIW-100-USB come with a warranty?
Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the SIW-100-USB develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.
Can I buy the SIW-100-USB without installation?
