Crestron HD-TXCA-4KZ-101 4K60 HDMI Transmitter with Analogue Audio

It is a DM Essentials 4K60 4:4:4 transmitter that extends HDMI, stereo analogue audio, RS-232 and IR over one CAT5e or higher cable. It works with a DM Essentials receiver or DMPS Essentials switcher and supports HDCP 2.3, HDR10, HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.

The HD-TXCA-4KZ-101 adds analogue audio. It has a stereo analogue input that is embedded into the DM Essentials signal, and an optical S/PDIF output for audio returned from the HD-RXCA-4KZ-101. Both share 4K60 4:4:4 video, RS-232 and IR pass-through, the included PW-2420RU power pack and the same chassis size.

It is an S/PDIF optical output on a TOSLINK connector for audio return from the HD-RXCA-4KZ-101 receiver. It carries Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, DTS, DTS-ES and LPCM up to 6 channels. The HDMI path supports a wider range of formats, including Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos and DTS HD High Res.

Up to 40 m (130 ft) for UHD and 4K signals and up to 70 m (230 ft) for 1080p, WUXGA and 2K. Use CAT5e or higher twisted pair cable; Crestron names its DM-CBL-8G and DM-CBL-ULTRA cables, which are sold separately.

The PW-2420RU power pack is included and connects to a 24 VDC 2.1 x 5.5 mm input. The black metal chassis comes with two mounting brackets and can be freestanding, surface mounted or fixed to a single rack rail. It is 105 mm high, 106 mm wide and 27 mm deep.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HD-TXCA-4KZ-101 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HD-TXCA-4KZ-101 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
