Crestron AM-TX3-100 AirMedia Series 3 Connect Adaptor, USB-C

It is the AirMedia Series 3 Connect Adaptor. It plugs into a personal device through its integrated USB-C connector and shares content wirelessly to a paired Wi-Fi network capable AirMedia Series 3 receiver, at up to 4K30 and within seconds of connecting. No software or drivers are needed.

It pairs wirelessly with the Wi-Fi network capable AirMedia Series 3 receivers: the AM-3000-WF, AM-3100-WF and AM-3200-WF. Up to eight adaptors can be paired with a single receiver. When paired with an AM-3100-WF or AM-3200-WF, it also gives access to the wireless conferencing peripherals connected to that receiver.

It is powered through its USB-C connection to the personal device, so it needs no separate power supply. Typical power consumption is 2.5 W. It works with Windows 10, Windows 11 and macOS 11 or newer, and needs no software or drivers.

It can share content at up to 3840x2160 at 30 Hz (2160p30). The resolution shown on the room display is determined by the HDMI output of the paired AirMedia Series 3 receiver. Audio is carried as 2 channel LPCM in the same Wi-Fi network stream.

The adaptor has two RGB backlit capacitive touch buttons. One controls screensharing functions and the other controls various peripheral functions. An RGB LED status ring indicates the device status, so presenters can see the state of the adaptor at a glance.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the AM-TX3-100 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the AM-TX3-100 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
