Crestron CENI-GWEXER infiNET EX and ER Wireless Gateway

It is a 2-way RF wireless gateway that connects Crestron infiNET EX and ER (Extended Range) wireless devices to a Crestron control system. A single gateway can serve a whole network of remotes, keypads, lighting dimmers, motorised shades, thermostats, door locks and other wireless devices.

ER provides compatibility with certain Crestron wireless touch screens and handheld remotes, including the TSR-302, TST-600, TST-602 and TST-902. It runs in the same 2.4 GHz spectrum as infiNET EX and is optimised specifically for wireless touch screen remotes.

Yes. It manages both types of device at the same time, so there is no need for separate gateways, antennas or LAN connections for each network. Dynamic discovery locates and acquires each wireless device automatically during setup, and RF network diagnostics are built in.

Crestron quotes infiNET EX range of up to 150 ft (46 m) indoors and 250 ft (76 m) outdoors, and ER range of 100 to 200 ft indoors and 1000 ft outdoors. Coverage can be extended with infiNET EX expanders and ER roaming.

It uses a 2.4 GHz mesh topology in which nearly every infiNET EX device on the network acts as an expander, relaying wireless commands onwards. This gives 2-way RF communication across a home or commercial building without the need for physical control wiring.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the CENI-GWEXER on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the CENI-GWEXER develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
