Crestron DIN-1DIM4 4 Channel Dimmer, 1 Feed, DIN Rail Mount

It is a DIN rail mounted lighting control module with four dimming channels and one line feed. It supports 120 V and 220 to 277 V lighting loads at up to 5 A per channel and 10 A in total, and it connects to a Crestron control system over Cresnet.

It handles leading edge electronic low-voltage, incandescent, neon/cold cathode, magnetic low-voltage and dimmable 2-wire fluorescent loads, plus non-dim lighting. Minimum load is 15 W per channel. Crestron's Lighting Fixture Compatibility page lists which third-party fixtures have been tested with its lighting devices.

Each channel is rated at 5 A, which is 1150 W at 230 VAC, and the module total is 10 A, or 2300 W at 230 VAC. At 240 VAC the figures are 1200 W per channel and 2400 W for the whole module.

When all four channels are turned fully off, a primary internal relay opens automatically. This gives air-gap isolation on all controlled circuits, so lamps can be serviced and changed safely. The module also has an override input that lets an external contact closure set each channel to its saved override level.

It snaps onto a 35 mm DIN EN 60715 rail and uses the DIN 43880 form factor for enclosures with a 45 mm front panel cutout. It occupies 12 DIN module spaces (216 mm) and measures 95 mm high and 60 mm deep, with an aluminium enclosure and polycarbonate label overlay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
