Crestron CLWI-KPLEX-BATT On-Wall Wireless Keypad, Battery Powered

It is a battery powered, on-wall wireless lighting keypad that communicates over infiNET EX. It is the companion keypad for CLWI dimmers and switches, with the same look, and gives lighting and audio control from more than one location around a home or office.

It is an on-wall keypad that sticks onto any surface using preinstalled double-sided tape. As it is battery powered and wireless, it is suited to discreet placement in almost any space. Faceplates for the keypad are sold separately and come in white or anthracite to match.

It communicates with the Crestron control system through an infiNET EX wireless gateway, model CEN-RFGW-EX, DIN-AP3MEX or MC3. Crestron notes that non-battery-powered devices increase the range and stability of an infiNET EX network, so this battery keypad does not extend the mesh itself.

The keypad can be set up with one large rocker, or any combination of up to two adjacent half-size rockers or triple button pads. The buttons are engravable and field-replaceable, using positive snap-on fittings that need no tools, and can recall scenes, dim, adjust volume, move shades or call presets such as goodnight.

They are the same On-Wall Wireless Lighting Keypad, Battery Powered, in two finishes: CLWI-KPLEX-BATT-W is white and CLWI-KPLEX-BATT-ANTH is anthracite. Choose the one that matches the CLWI dimmers and switches in the room, and check the part number when replacing an existing keypad.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the CLWI-KPLEX-BATT on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the CLWI-KPLEX-BATT develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
