Crestron DM-NAX-POD-MIC-SPK PoE Speaker and Microphone Pod for DM NAX

It is a PoE+ tabletop pod that combines a 360 degree, 12-element array microphone with a built-in full range speaker, for DM NAX Intelligent Audio conferencing. It pairs over the network with a DM-NAX-AP-100 Intelligent Audio processor, which is sold separately and connects to a BYOM computer over USB-C.

The DM-NAX-POD-MIC-SPK adds a built-in 2 inch full range speaker, volume buttons with a five LED level indicator and acoustic echo cancellation, and it needs PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Class 4). The DM-NAX-POD-MIC is a microphone-only pod powered by IEEE 802.3af PoE. Both use a 12-element array microphone.

It is powered by PoE+ through its single RJ-45 port, compliant with IEEE 802.3at Class 4 (25.5 W). It works with an IEEE 802.3at compliant Ethernet switch or third-party PoE+ source. The same port carries control and audio-over-IP traffic at 100 or 1000 Mbps.

The pod has one full range 2 inch speaker with a frequency response of 100 Hz to 7 kHz and an output level of 74 dB SPL at 1 m. Speaker volume is adjusted with the capacitive volume buttons, and five white LEDs show the current level.

It measures 64 mm high, 140 mm wide and 140 mm deep, and is designed for tabletop mounting only. The housing is black textured plastic with perforated stainless steel grilles and a die-cast aluminium bottom cover.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the DM-NAX-POD-MIC-SPK on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DM-NAX-POD-MIC-SPK develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
