Crestron DM-NVX-363 4K60 HDR AV over IP Encoder/Decoder with Dante

It is a DM NVX AV over IP endpoint that can be set up as an encoder or a decoder. It carries 4K60 4:4:4 HDR video over standard Gigabit Ethernet and adds scaling, video wall processing, surround to stereo downmixing, native Dante or AES67 audio, and USB and KVM routing.

The operating mode can be changed in less than a minute from a control system, through a web browser or with the onboard Setup button. In decoder mode the unit also acts as a 2x1 switcher between its HDMI input and the incoming network stream, with manual or automatic switching.

It takes PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Type 2 Class 4, 25.5 W) from a PoE+ compliant Ethernet switch or the Crestron DM-PSU-ULTRA-MIDSPAN. It can instead run from the optional PW-2412WU power pack, which supplies 24 VDC and is sold separately. Typical power consumption is 22 W.

It carries up to 8-channel LPCM or encoded HBR 7.1 surround sound, plus 2-channel LPCM, and can downmix surround sound to stereo. It sends and receives Dante or AES67 audio natively, and its balanced stereo analogue port can be configured as an input or an output.

When encoding it uses Pixel Perfect Processing by default, or a stream type for DM-NVX-D10, D20 and D200 Series decoders. When decoding it accepts Pixel Perfect Processing streams or streams from DM-NVX-E10 and E20 Series encoders. Check the stream type setting when adding it to an existing system.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the DM-NVX-363 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DM-NVX-363 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
