Crestron HD-TX-4KZ-111 4K60 USB-C DisplayPort Transmitter

It is a DM Essentials 4K60 4:4:4 transmitter with a USB-C input. It takes a DisplayPort signal using DisplayPort Alt Mode and extends it point to point over a CAT5e or higher cable to a compatible receiver or switcher, supporting HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HDCP 2.3.

No. Its only video input is a USB-C connector that accepts DisplayPort Alt Mode signals. Transmitters in the same DM Essentials range with HDMI inputs include the HD-TX-4KZ-201, which has two HDMI inputs, and the HD-TX-4KZ-401, which has four.

Crestron describes it as working with a DM Essentials receiver or DMPS Essentials switcher, and its detailed specifications refer to these as DM Lite receivers and DMPS Lite switchers. The output port, labelled DM LITE OUT, is a yellow shielded RJ-45 connector.

Up to 40 m (130 ft) for UHD and 4K signals, or up to 70 m (230 ft) for 1080p, WUXGA and 2K signals, over a CAT5e or higher twisted pair cable. The transmitter is HDCP 2.3 compliant and passes EDID and CEC.
