Crestron HD-CTL-101 8K Smart Display Controller with HDMI

It is an 8K smart display controller with HDMI connectivity. It passes the HDMI signal through to the display and can control that display without a control processor, turning it on and off automatically by schedule, room occupancy or video sync detection using CEC, RS-232, IR or relay control.

No. The HD-CTL-101 provides several ways to control displays without a control processor, including automatic or scheduled display power on and off. It also supports XiO Cloud, Crestron Home OS and Crestron Drivers, so it can also be used as part of a wider Crestron system.

It offers CEC over HDMI, a bidirectional RS-232 port at up to 115.2k baud with software handshaking, an IR output up to 60 kHz for an IRP2 emitter probe (sold separately) and two normally open isolated relays rated 1A at 30VAC/VDC. There is also a digital input that accepts 0 to 24VDC.

The HDMI 2.1 input and HDMI output support signals up to 8K60 4:4:4, with HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Deep Color. The controller is HDCP 2.3 compliant with EDID management, and the input is compatible with DVI and Dual-Mode DisplayPort sources.

It is powered over PoE through its second Ethernet port, a Class 3 powered device port with an 8.2 W maximum. The black metal chassis with vented sides measures 31 mm high, 151 mm wide and 104 mm deep, and it can be surface mounted or attached to a single rack rail.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HD-CTL-101 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HD-CTL-101 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
