About the Crestron CEN-SWPOE-12

Eight of the 10/100/1000Base-T ports supply PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Type 2), sharing a maximum combined output of 125 W, and two further Gigabit ports are without PoE. The two 1 Gigabit Base-X SFP ports accept transceiver modules for a fibre connection. The switch fabric is 24 Gbps non-blocking, with up to 16K MAC addresses, and there is a simple web browser interface for setup.

Its Lite Layer 3 feature set includes IGMPv3 and MLDv2 snooping with IGMP querier, IEEE 1588 PTPv2, VLANs, QoS and ACLs, static and dynamic routing, DOT1X, MAB and DHCP snooping. Management options include the web GUI, CLI, SSH and SNMP, plus an out-of-band port, an RJ-45 console port, USB-C and USB Type A ports, and LLDP support.

The black metal chassis is fan cooled with vented sides, 43.2 mm high, 440 mm wide and 200 mm deep, and fits a 1U 19-inch rack using reversible rack ears or stands freely. Power, fan and PoE LEDs are repeated on the front and rear panels, and there is a rocker power switch and a recessed reset button. Consumption is 163.9 W at maximum PoE, 17.3 W with full mesh traffic and no PoE, and 8.5 W in standby.
