About the Crestron ULTIMATE IGS12T

A 12 in. (305 mm) polypropylene woofer in a rugged poly composite PVC enclosure covers 23 Hz to 100 Hz (±3 dB), with a 150 Hz crossover point. Power handling is 200 W programme and 400 W peak at 8 ohms nominal, and sensitivity is 86 dB at 1 W/1 m. The watertight enclosure is rated IPX6 waterproof and specified from -15.5° to 80°C.

A built-in 300 W toroidal transformer allows high impedance connection, with taps at 150 W on 70 V and 300 W on 100 V systems. Connection is by a 1118 mm (44 in.) attached direct-burial speaker wire, and a pair of silicone filled waterproof wire nuts is included. The subwoofer is designed for direct burial in soil with good drainage.

Once buried, only the port tube and its bronze textured, dome-shaped cap remain visible, and the cap can be painted. The subwoofer is 599 mm high with the port tube and cap, 306 mm without them, and 500 mm wide, and it weighs 35.44 kg. It is covered under the Crestron standard limited warranty.
