About the Crestron AM3-111

The kit contains two parts. The AM-3100-WF-I is the AirMedia Receiver 3100 with Wi-Fi network connectivity, which connects to the room display over HDMI and accepts wireless presentations from laptops, smartphones and tablets. The AM-TX3-100 is the AirMedia Series 3 Connect Adaptor, which plugs into a personal device by USB-C and shares its content with the receiver at up to 4K30.

As a room system, the kit supports AirMedia Canvas for up to four sources on screen at once, smart automation through intelligent display control, personal device control and occupancy detection, and enterprise-grade security with content encryption. XiO Cloud support allows remote provisioning and management, and the receiver integrates with Appspace digital signage software for content display.

The receiver runs on PoE+ or the PW-2412WU power pack, which is sold separately, while the adaptor takes its power from the personal device over USB-C. The receiver also offers wireless conferencing with Microsoft Teams and Zoom through USB conferencing peripherals, and the paired AM-TX3-100 gives presenters access to those peripherals. More adaptors can be added later, up to eight per receiver.
