Crestron GLA-IR-QUATTRO-HD-COM2-24 HD Lighting and HVAC Detector

It is the STEINEL IR Quattro HD COM2-24, a low voltage, high definition passive infrared presence detector offered by Crestron for lighting and HVAC control. Lighting is controlled by presence and ambient light level, and the HVAC output is signalled by presence only.

Crestron lists an isolated normally open and normally closed (NO/NC) HVAC output, with independent ON and OFF time settings for the HVAC. The output is signalled in relation to presence only, while the lighting also takes account of ambient light.

It is a low voltage sensor that runs on 18-24 VDC/VAC, for use with a power pack or building automation system. Manual ON (MAN) or automatic (AUTO) mode is available, with a momentary or maintained switch option.

It mounts to a 4-inch square box, a 4-inch octagon box or a round 3.0 mud-ring, or directly to the ceiling with quick mount spring tabs. Service and user wireless remotes are available to simplify commissioning.

Yes. COM-Link allows up to 10 sensors to be grouped together. Each detector uses four pyroelectric detectors with 4800 switching zones and an adjustable reach setting, and needs only minimal movement to detect a person.
