Crestron DIN-EN-6X18 Enclosure for DIN Rail Devices, 6 DIN Rails

It is an enclosure for DIN rail devices with six 18 M wide DIN rails, part of Crestron's DIN-EN series. It provides a centralised mounting solution for DIN rail products such as the DIN-AP3, DIN-DALI-2 and DIN-1DIMU4, and third-party DIN devices can also be installed.

It measures 989 mm high, 366 mm wide and 113 mm deep, and weighs 13.83 kg. Inside are six DIN rails, each 342 mm x 35 mm and 18 M wide. The enclosure is designed for surface wall mounting.

This series is available with two, three or six 18 M wide DIN rails: the DIN-EN-2X18, DIN-EN-3X18 and DIN-EN-6X18. The six rail DIN-EN-6X18 is the largest, at 989 mm high, and all three use the same 342 mm x 35 mm rails.

Both the enclosure and the removable cover are made of 16-gauge galvanised steel, and the cover has a grey powder coat finish. The enclosure is rated for 0 to 40 °C and 10% to 90% relative humidity, non-condensing. Crestron lists it as UL listed.

Yes. As well as Crestron DIN rail products such as the DIN-AP3, DIN-DALI-2 and DIN-1DIMU4, third-party DIN devices can also be installed on the rails. The removable front cover gives easy access to everything inside.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the DIN-EN-6X18 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DIN-EN-6X18 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
