Crestron GLS-ODT-C-NS Dual-Technology Ceiling Occupancy Sensor

It is a low-profile, ceiling-mounted occupancy sensor for standalone lighting systems, covering up to 2,000 sq ft with a 360° pattern. It combines ultrasonic and passive infrared detection for dependable sensing and connects to a Versiport or digital input port.

Yes. The sensor interfaces with a Crestron control system through the GLS-SIM Sensor Integration Module, which is sold separately. The GLS-SIM gives compatible sensors a Cresnet connection and can supply 24 VDC to power one or more sensors.

Both are dual-technology ceiling sensors for areas up to 2,000 sq ft. The GLS-ODT-C-NS is designed for standalone lighting systems and connects to a Versiport or digital input, using a GLS-SIM for Crestron integration. The GLS-ODT-C-CN communicates directly over Cresnet and adds built-in ambient light recognition and an external photosensor input.

It fits a drywall or drop-tile ceiling, where it has a discreet, nearly hidden appearance. Hardware is included for mounting in a standard 4-inch octagon box, and a cutout template is provided for mounting it in a hole in the ceiling instead.

Crestron's GLS-REMOTE-ODT/OIR is an IR remote designed for this sensor, and it is sold separately. It carries out full setup functions and adjusts a variety of sensor parameters from beneath the sensor, which removes the need for a ladder. It runs on two AAA batteries, which are included.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the GLS-ODT-C-NS on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the GLS-ODT-C-NS develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
