About the Crestron GLXX-CTRL
Within a GLPX panel, the GLXX-CTRL controls the relay modules and communicates with the Crestron control system over Cresnet, handling up to 56 loads in total. Local controls allow testing and verification at the panel, override is available both locally and remotely, and the module has non-volatile power failure memory.
The module is designed for the GLXX-SW8 and GLXX-SW16 relay modules and the GLXX-HDSW8 and GLXX-HDSW16 heavy duty switch modules. When replacing a GLXX-CTRL, check which of these relay modules are in the panel and that the total number of controlled loads stays within 56.

Which relay modules work with the GLXX-CTRL?
Crestron lists four relay modules: the GLXX-SW8, GLXX-SW16, GLXX-HDSW8 and GLXX-HDSW16. The heavy duty GLXX-HDSW8 and GLXX-HDSW16 take GLR-HD-1P single pole or GLR-HD-2P double pole heavy duty relays. Together, the modules controlled by one GLXX-CTRL can switch up to 56 loads.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the GLXX-CTRL on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.
Does the GLXX-CTRL come with a warranty?
Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the GLXX-CTRL develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
