About the Crestron DM-NAX-AP-100
The DM-NAX-AP-100 is designed to make conferencing setup straightforward. Its web interface handles most configuration tasks automatically, and it configures the settings on up to eight paired microphones and speakers. Built-in DSP provides acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control and dynamic noise suppression, and audio can be exchanged with DM NAX and AES67 audio-over-IP devices.
A USB-C port connects to the host computer as a USB Audio Class 2 device, carrying bidirectional stereo audio at up to 24-bit/48 kHz, and enumerates as a Crestron Echo-Canceling Speakerphone. There are two network ports: LAN 1 carries control traffic and PoE, and LAN 2 is dedicated to audio-over-IP, so AoIP traffic can be kept on a separate LAN.
Power comes from PoE (IEEE 802.3af Class 2) or from the optional PW-2407WU 24 VDC power pack, sold separately. The black textured plastic housing can be freestanding, stacked or surface mounted, and there is a wall or ceiling mounting option using a black plastic bracket. It measures 34 mm high (45 mm with the bracket), 128 mm wide (137 mm with the bracket) and 128 mm deep.

Why does it have two network ports?
LAN 1 is dedicated to control traffic and PoE, while LAN 2 is dedicated to audio-over-IP traffic only. This lets audio-over-IP traffic be isolated on a separate LAN from control traffic. Both ports are 100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T Ethernet.

Does the DM-NAX-AP-100 come with a warranty?
Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DM-NAX-AP-100 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
