About the Crestron DM-NVX-D30C

The DM-NVX-D30C decodes Pixel Perfect Processing streams or DM-NVX-E10 and E20 Series streams at up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz, with 4:4:4 colour sampling, HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and Deep Color. It targets conference rooms and classrooms, delivering real-time, full-motion 4K60 video for multimedia presentations, videoconferencing and live camera images, with interactive use such as a mouse or gameplay staying fluid.

Image preview captures still thumbnails of the video on the decoder output once per second, scaled with the aspect ratio kept, for viewing in the DM NVX web interface. A background image can be set for on-screen display. Audio is output on HDMI and analogue stereo, carrying up to 8-channel LPCM or encoded HBR 7.1 surround sound, including Dolby Atmos and DTS HD formats.

As a card, the DM-NVX-D30C occupies a rack-mountable card frame rather than a standalone chassis. The DMF-CI-8 is an 8-slot card chassis designed for DM-NVX-C and DMCF series cards, with any card in any slot, hot-swappable card servicing and network setup of each card from its front panel. Security includes HDCP 2.3, 802.1X, Active Directory credential management, TLS and AES-128.
