Crestron GLXX-HDSW16 16-Channel Heavy Duty Switch Module

It is a Green Light Express switching module chassis for up to 16 channels of heavy duty power switching. It is fitted with GLR-HD-1P or GLR-HD-2P heavy duty relays, goes in a GLEX cabinet and forms part of a complete, Crestron engineered GLPX Green Light Express panel.

It requires GLR-HD-1P single pole or GLR-HD-2P double pole heavy duty relays. The GLR-HD-1P supports 120, 230, 277 and 347 V applications, and the GLR-HD-2P supports 120/208, 277/480 and 230/400 V 3-phase applications.

Each channel is rated 20 A and 1.5 HP. The module supports up to 480 V and 2-pole motor loads, and each output has a positive air gap. The relays are intended for heavy duty loads, including motors and electronic ballasts.

Yes. Its modular design allows relays to be added when needed, up to the chassis maximum of 16 channels. A panel can therefore start with the relays it needs now and take more later, using GLR-HD-1P or GLR-HD-2P relays.

Crestron's GLXX-CTRL Cresnet control module is listed to control the GLXX-HDSW16, along with the GLXX-SW8, GLXX-SW16 and GLXX-HDSW8 relay modules. The GLXX-CTRL handles up to 56 loads and has local and remote override capability.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the GLXX-HDSW16 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the GLXX-HDSW16 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
