Crestron ZUMMESH-JBOX-20A Zūm Wireless 20A High Inrush J-Box Switch

It is a Zūm wireless J-Box load controller with a high inrush switch, rated 20A at 100-277V. It mounts to a 4 in. square junction box, switches lighting loads using zero cross switching, and pairs with Zūm keypads and occupancy, vacancy and daylight sensors over Zūm Mesh.

No. It is the switching model and has no 0-10V dimming leads, which are only fitted to the -LV models. For 0-10V dimming, the ZUMMESH-JBOX-16A-LV provides 16A dimming of LED drivers or 4-wire fluorescent ballasts. The ZUMMESH-JBOX-20A-PLUG is the 20A model for plug loads.

Crestron lists LED, fluorescent ballast, incandescent, magnetic low-voltage, electronic low-voltage, neon/cold cathode and high-intensity discharge loads. The rating is 20A at 100-277VAC, 50/60 Hz, with high inrush, zero cross switching. Idle power consumption is 1 W.

It accepts an expansion accessory: a ZUMMESH-NETBRIDGE, sold separately, which provides Zūm Net wireless communications, or a ZUMMESH-CCO, which adds a low-voltage contact closure output for HVAC integration. Crestron lists a Zūm Net range of 50 ft (15 m) to a Zūm Net wireless gateway or the nearest Zūm Net mesh device.

It mounts to the side of a 4 in. square junction box through a 1/2 in. conduit knockout and projects 93 mm (3.66 in) from the box once fitted. The controller meets UL 2043 requirements, is 83 mm high, 106 mm wide and 34 mm deep, and operates from 0° to 40°C.
