About the Crestron HD-TXU-4KZ-211-CHGR
Input 1 is a USB-C port that takes DisplayPort video and audio using DisplayPort Alt Mode, carries USB 2.0 data and can charge the connected source. Input 2 is an HDMI connector, compatible with DVI and Dual-Mode DisplayPort sources, paired with its own USB-C device port for sources that need USB 2.0. The unit switches between the two inputs automatically, and USB 2.0 runs at up to 300 Mbps over the link.
Video reaches 4K60 4:4:4 with HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HDCP 2.3, and the unit also handles 5120x2160 at 30 Hz 4:4:4 and 5120x1440 at 60 Hz. It is designed to pair with a DM Essentials HD-RXU-4KZ Series receiver over CAT5e or higher cable, with runs of up to 40 m (130 ft) for UHD and 4K, or 70 m (230 ft) for 1080p, WUXGA and 2K.
Power comes from the included PW-2475DU power pack through a 2.1 x 5.5 mm DC connector. The black metal chassis is vented on the top, front, rear and sides and has two mounting brackets for freestanding, surface or single rack rail mounting. It measures 30 mm high, 216 mm wide and 165 mm deep. Ethernet supports DHCP and web browser setup, and a USB SERVICE port handles firmware loading.
