Crestron PWE-4803RU PoE Injector for 802.3af Powered Devices

It is a PoE injector: an 802.3af compliant Power over Ethernet power source designed to support PoE powered devices. It delivers power and data together over a single CAT5/6 network cable, so the powered device does not need a separate power supply at its location.
