About the Crestron MPC4-301

The 4-Series processor inside makes the MPC4-301 a complete, fully programmable control system as well as a user interface, with .AV Framework software built in. For IT and AV teams, it supports XiO Cloud provisioning and management and SNMP remote IT management, along with XPanel computer and web control and control apps for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.

The five assignable push buttons take replaceable labels, with 25 predesignated labels and five blank ones included and custom laser-etched labels available. A continuous-turn volume knob sits inside a blue LED circular gauge, and power and mute are capacitive buttons. Backlighting is white for inactive and blue for active buttons, and it adjusts automatically to the ambient light.

Power and data come through one RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet port: the unit is an IEEE 802.3at Type 2 PoE+ device that requests 15 W using LLDP and typically draws 8.5 W. It mounts flush in a 2-gang electrical box on a wall or lectern, measures 114 mm high, 126 mm wide and 61 mm deep, and has a removable front panel with an optional security screw.
