About the Crestron DM-NVX-E30

The DM-NVX-E30 encodes up to 4096x2160 at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 colour sampling and Deep Color, from an HDMI input that is Dual-Mode DisplayPort and DVI compatible. By default it uses Pixel Perfect Processing, and it can also produce DM-NVX-D10, D20 and D200 Series streams for those decoders. Standard switches and CAT5e UTP wiring carry the video with no noticeable latency or loss of quality.

The bit rate can be fixed between 200 and 950 Mbps, adaptive to the input resolution, or variable, set from the web interface or a control system. Audio covers up to 8-channel LPCM or HBR 7.1 surround, and the analogue output provides a stereo line level feed for a local sound system or sound bar, with volume adjustable from a control system or web browser. A test pattern generator and image preview are also built in.

Power is PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at Type 2 Class 4) from the Crestron DM-PSU-ULTRA-MIDSPAN or a PoE+ compliant switch, or the optional PW-2412WU power pack, with 15 W typical consumption. The fan-cooled black metal chassis has integral mounting flanges for freestanding, surface or single rack rail mounting, and measures 138 mm high, 236 mm wide and 30 mm deep. Security includes HDCP 2.3, 802.1X, Active Directory credential management, TLS and AES-128.
