Crestron DM-NVX-384C 5K 4x1 AV over IP Switcher Card, HDMI and USB-C

It is a DM NVX AV over IP encoder/decoder card with a built-in 4x1 switcher for two HDMI and two USB-C inputs. It occupies one slot in a DMF-CI-8 card chassis and works as a transmitter or receiver, carrying up to 5K video over standard Gigabit Ethernet.

Both have the 4x1 HDMI and USB-C switcher, eARC, 5K Ultra-Wide and Super-Wide support and H.264 streaming. The DM-NVX-384C is a card for one slot of a DMF-CI-8 chassis, aimed at high-density racks. The DM-NVX-384 is a standalone unit powered by PoE++ or a PW-2420RU power pack.

It occupies one card slot in a DMF-CI-8, a 2-space 19-inch rack-mountable card chassis. The DMF-CI-8 houses up to eight DM-NVX-C or DMCF series cards in any slot, has a universal 100 to 240 V internal power supply, and allows each card's network setup from its front panel.

eARC on the HDMI output lets audio be taken from the connected display and sent over the network as a multichannel BTS audio over IP stream. The secondary HDMI input supports eARC as an audio output to a connected AVR, and the BTS stream is also compatible with the DM-NAX-XSP, sold separately.

Yes. The card can be set as an encoder or a decoder, and the operating mode can be changed in less than a minute from a control system or a web browser. As a decoder its HDMI output has a 5K scaler with motion-adaptive deinterlacing and intelligent frame rate conversion.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the DM-NVX-384C on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DM-NVX-384C develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
