Crestron CLWI-SWEX In-Wall Switch, 230VAC, infiNET EX Wireless

It is an in-wall switch for 230 Volt applications that gives native Crestron control of a light or other switched load. It communicates over infiNET EX wireless, supports loads up to 2 Amps, and can also work as a keypad that triggers lighting scenes or distributed audio functions.

No. It communicates using infiNET EX, Crestron's two-way RF wireless technology, on a 2.4 GHz mesh network where every device acts as an expander and passes commands to others. This lets the switch be placed in almost any location without physical control wiring. It has screw-clamp connectors.

Yes. The buttons are field-replaceable and engravable, fitting with positive snap-on fittings that need no tools. The switch can be configured with up to six buttons, so the layout and engraving can be changed long after it has been fitted, for example if the décor or use of the room changes.

Both are the In-Wall Switch, 230VAC. The CLWI-SWEX-W has a white finish and the CLWI-SWEX-ANTH has an anthracite finish. When replacing a switch, check the part number on the existing unit so that the new one matches the rest of the room.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the CLWI-SWEX on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the CLWI-SWEX develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
