Crestron ZUMLINK-JBOX-IO J-Box Integration Module with Timeclock

It is a J-Box integration module with a standalone timeclock for Zūm lighting control. It fits a standard 4 in. square junction box, connects to other Zūm wired devices over Zūm Link, and applies schedules, events and common integration protocols to a Zūm space without the need for a control system.

No. It provides a standalone astronomical timeclock with local time and date settings without a ZUM-HUB4 or control system. Date and time, schedules, events and holidays are configured from the Zūm app directly to the space, and the module can be discovered by the app, so custom programming is not needed.

It has two output relays rated 30VAC/VDC 1A on 3-pin terminal blocks, two inputs with keyswitch LED support, two inputs without keyswitch support, an RS-232 port on a 5-pin terminal block and an RS-485 port on a 3-pin terminal block. These let it act as a room level interface to HVAC/VAV systems and shade controllers.

It is powered by the Zūm Link bus, with a maximum current consumption of 110mA, and passes up to 20mA through from the bus for keypad feedback LEDs. The timeclock has battery backup with a stated backup life of 10 years. Heat dissipation is 6 BTU/hr.

The module fits a standard 4 in. square junction box and can be fitted with its connections facing out or into the box. The white plastic housing is UL 94 5VA flame rated and meets UL 2043 requirements for plenum spaces. It measures 106 mm square and 25 mm deep, and weighs 171 g (6 oz).

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the ZUMLINK-JBOX-IO on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the ZUMLINK-JBOX-IO develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
