Crestron DMF-CI-8 8-Slot Card Chassis for DM NVX and DMCF Cards

It is a DigitalMedia card chassis with eight slots for Crestron DM-NVX-C and DMCF series cards. The 2-space 19-inch rack-mountable frame gives a high-density way to extend multiple 4K video signals over Gigabit Ethernet, fibre optic cable or both from one location.

It is designed for DM-NVX-C and DMCF series cards, and any of these cards can be installed in any slot. Card format DM NVX models such as the DM-NVX-384C and DM-NVX-385C each occupy one slot, and the DM-NVX-363C can have its operating mode changed from the DMF-CI-8 front panel.

Crestron lists hot-swappable card serviceability as a feature of the DMF-CI-8, so cards can be serviced within the chassis without taking the whole frame out of use. Each card's network settings can then be set up through the front panel.

The front panel has a 2 inch colour LCD display and status indicators. It is used for network setup of each installed card, and with the DM-NVX-363C card it can also be used to change the card's operating mode between encoder and decoder.

It has a universal 100 to 240 V internal power supply and variable-speed fan cooling. The chassis is 2-space and mounts in a standard 19-inch rack, where it holds up to eight DM-NVX-C or DMCF series cards.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the DMF-CI-8 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the DMF-CI-8 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
