Crestron HZ-THSTAT Horizon Wi-Fi Thermostat with Humidistat

It is a Horizon wall-mounted heating and cooling thermostat with a built-in humidistat. It has a 3.5 in (89 mm) touch screen, connects to a Crestron control system over Wi-Fi and controls one- and two-stage forced air, heat pump, radiant floor and fan coil unit systems, as well as humidity.

Crestron lists conventional 2H/2C systems, heat pump 4H/2C systems with auxiliary heat, 2-pipe FCU 2H/2C, 4-pipe FCU H/C, radiant floor warming and humidity control. It runs on 24 VAC from the HVAC system, so check the existing system type and wiring before choosing it as a replacement.

Yes, with the HZA-CONV-THSTAT-2WIRE Common Wire Adapter, which is sold separately. The adapter lets the thermostat power itself and make HVAC calls without taking power from the call relay connections, which avoids adding a common wire to the HVAC system in a retrofit.

Yes. As well as its own temperature and humidity sensors, it supports up to four remote temperature sensors, such as the CHV-RTS, CHV-RSS, CHVI-RTS-1G-N-W or CHVI-RTS-1G-SM-W, and up to two remote temperature/humidity sensors. Remote sensors are sold separately.

This page covers three finishes: HZ-THSTAT-A in almond, HZ-THSTAT-B in black and HZ-THSTAT-W in white. All three are the Horizon Wireless Thermostat, measuring 89 mm high and 124 mm wide and sitting 14 mm from the wall surface when mounted.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HZ-THSTAT on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HZ-THSTAT develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
