About the Crestron TS-770

The 7 in. (178 mm) TFT screen runs at 1280 x 800 with 350 nits brightness, automatic brightness control and 5-point multitouch. Six virtual buttons in a collapsible toolbar can be shown or hidden one by one. Built-in speakers and a microphone support the Rava SIP intercom and voice recognition, so spoken commands can select a source, recall a lighting scene or lower the shades.

The TS-770 works with the Crestron ONE mobile room control app, which sets up a peer-to-peer Bluetooth link between a mobile device and the touch screen so that mobile-optimised room controls can be pushed to that device. The panel connects by 100 Mbps Ethernet with PoE+ power, or by 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and holds custom projects up to 600 MB.

For room scheduling, the Crestron Scheduling App supports Crestron Fusion, Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365, Google Calendar and G Suite, and CollegeNET 25Live, with a USB 2.0 host port for scheduling accessories. The unit measures 102 mm high, 175 mm wide and 111 mm deep. It comes in black smooth or white smooth, and each finish is also offered as a Government Version.

What is the difference between the TS-770 part numbers?

The TS-770-B-S is black smooth and the TS-770-W-S is white smooth. The TS-770-GV-B-S and TS-770-GV-W-S are the Government Version in the same two finishes. When replacing a panel, match the part number of the existing unit so the finish and version are the same.

How is the TS-770 powered and connected?

It is a PoE+ powered device to IEEE 802.3at Type 2 and requests 15 W from an 802.3at Type 2 power source when LLDP power management is used. It connects over 100 Mbps Ethernet and also supports 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

Does the TS-770 come with a warranty?

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the TS-770 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Is the TS-770 in stock?

We order Crestron for each quote, so availability depends on Crestron's stock at the time. We check it before we quote and put the expected delivery date on your quote, so you know where you stand before you pay.

Can I buy the TS-770 without installation?
