Crestron HR-310 Handheld Remote with Backlit Engravable Buttons

It is a handheld remote for Crestron systems with backlit buttons that can be custom engraved. It communicates over infiNET EX two-way RF through an infiNET EX gateway, is fully programmable through a Crestron control system and can also be paired with Crestron Home OS.

Only the colour. The HR-310-I-B is black and the HR-310-I-W is white, and Crestron lists both as the international version of the HR-310. If you are replacing a remote, match the colour and the button labels of the existing one.

Yes. It requires an infiNET EX gateway. It uses 2.4 GHz infiNET EX two-way RF with AES-128 encryption and +20 dBm transmit power, and reaches 15 m (50 ft) to the gateway or nearest mesh network device, depending on conditions at the site.

It takes three 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries and can send low battery alerts to a mobile device, computer, touch screen or help desk. Movement sensing wakes it when it is picked up, and pressing any button also wakes it from sleep.

Yes. Crestron describes the buttons as custom-engravable. The nine assignable buttons ship labelled SOURCE 1 to 3, SCENE 1 to 3, LTS DN, LTS ON/OFF and LTS UP, and custom-labelled buttons are available. White LED backlighting sits behind all of the button labels.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HR-310 on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HR-310 develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
