Crestron HD-MD6X2-4K 6x2 4K/60 HDMI Matrix Switcher

It is a 6x2 4K HDMI switcher with six HDMI inputs and two independent HDMI outputs. It handles 1080p, Ultra HD, 2K and 4K/60 signals with HDCP, 3D, Deep Color and high-bitrate 7.1 audio, and it is rack-mountable.

Yes. The HD-MD6X2-4K-E can be used standalone or as part of a fully integrated Crestron system. It is fully operable from its front panel controls, through a web browser or from a Crestron control system, and set-up can be done on the front panel OLED display or in a browser.

QuickSwitch HD is Crestron technology that manages HDCP keys so switching is fast and reliable and displays do not black out while keys are authenticated. It requires a scaling HDMI output, as found on DigitalMedia devices such as the DM-RMC-4KZ-SCALER-C and DMC-4KZ-HDO.

The HDMI inputs are compatible with DVI and DisplayPort Multimode sources. Crestron positions the 4K support for the latest UHD and 4K DCI displays and sources, and for computers and monitors with native resolutions beyond 1080p and WUXGA.

The switcher has comprehensive built-in EDID configuration tools, so each source can be shown at its optimal resolution and format. For custom set-ups, the tools allow each connected device's format and resolution capabilities to be assessed before choosing the EDID to use.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the HD-MD6X2-4K on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the HD-MD6X2-4K develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
