Crestron ZUMMESH-DIM Zūm Wireless Wall-Box Dimmer, White Smooth

It is a Zūm wireless wall-box dimmer in white smooth finish for a single 120-277V lighting load. It uses forward phase dimming, is rated 500 W at 120VAC or 1200 W at 277VAC, and communicates with other Zūm devices over Zūm Mesh wireless in a Zūm commercial lighting system.

Crestron lists dimmable magnetic low-voltage halogen or LED, incandescent and tungsten-halogen loads, dimmed using forward phase. For electronic low-voltage halogen or LED, electronic CFL and 2-wire fluorescent ballasts, the ZUMMESH-DELV is the reverse phase wireless wall-box dimmer in the same range.

Yes. Its single rocker switches the load on and off and adjusts the dimming level, and the dimmer can save one preset. There is also a status LED and a built-in air gap switch. With a Zūm daylight sensor paired, lights dim gradually according to the natural daylight in the room.

No. It communicates over Zūm Mesh, a peer-to-peer RF network on 2.4 GHz where nearly every device acts as a routing node, so physical control wiring, hubs and gateways are not needed. It comes pre-programmed for pair and play with Zūm occupancy, vacancy and daylight sensors in the room.

It fits a standard 3-1/2 in. (89 mm) deep electrical box and connects through flying leads. A faceplate is needed and is sold separately. This page covers the white smooth version, so check the finish suffix on the existing part number when you order a replacement.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the ZUMMESH-DIM on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the ZUMMESH-DIM develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
