Crestron TSS-470E 3.5 in. Desk Scheduling Touch Screen, Black

The TSS-470E is a 3.5 in. touch screen designed for desk scheduling. Placed at a hotelling desk, it shows whether the desk is available and displays reservation details, with a light bar that glows green, amber or red. It runs the Crestron Scheduling App with Microsoft 365 and XiO Cloud integration.

Room mode gives the TSS-470E room scheduling functions for ancillary spaces such as huddle rooms or phone booths, where shorter bookings are more common. It works in a similar way to desk mode, including the integration with the XiO Cloud service and Microsoft 365.

It can be powered by PoE to IEEE 802.3at Type 1 Class 2 (6.49 W) from a compatible switch or PoE source, or by the PW-2407WU 24 VDC power pack, which is sold separately. Typical power consumption is 3 W.

Crestron states that each TSS-470E-B-T requires a mounting option purchased separately. The options are wall and surface mount, a retrofit mounting bracket, tabletop mount and multisurface mount, so choose the one that suits the desk or wall where the unit will sit.

Running the Crestron Scheduling App, it integrates directly with the XiO Cloud service and Microsoft 365, and setup and desk scheduling are handled through XiO Cloud. Various third-party scheduling applications are also supported.

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the TSS-470E on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the TSS-470E develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.

Yes. We supply Crestron to end users, with or without installation. Like most Crestron devices of this type, it needs setting up or programming before it works in a system, and we can quote for that too.
