Crestron UCA-B70-MIC Videobar 70 Primary Extension Microphone Pod

It is the primary extension microphone pod for the UC-SB2-CAM-A Series Crestron Videobar 70. It extends the bar's audio pickup range by 2.3 m (7.5 ft) and can be placed in different areas of the room, with a mute button and an LED that shows mute status.

Crestron lists it for use with the UC-SB2-CAM-A Series Crestron Videobar 70. It connects directly to the bar through the included 10 m (33 ft) signal cable and takes its power from that connection, and no configuration or programming is required.

The UCA-B70-MIC is the primary pod and connects directly to the Videobar 70. The UCA-B70-MIC-AUX is the companion pod, which daisy-chains from the primary pod's Out port and must be connected to a UCA-B70-MIC to operate. Both have the same eight-microphone array and 2.3 m pickup range.

No. The pod's USB-C connectors carry A2B communication and power, and Crestron states they are proprietary connections that are not USB or USB-C compliant. The In port connects to the Videobar 70 and the Out port connects to a companion pod.

It is for tabletop use only, with a rubber bottom pad under a metal housing and black fabric cover. The pod measures 24 mm high, 121 mm wide and 121 mm deep and weighs 0.3 kg (0.67 lb).

Yes. 1Install is an authorised Crestron Elite Partner with offices in Skerries, Co. Dublin and Cork. We can supply the UCA-B70-MIC on its own, or install, set up and programme it as part of your system. Installation visits are €440 for 4 hours or €880 for a full day, plus VAT and travel.

Yes. Everything we supply is new, genuine Crestron with Crestron's standard warranty. If the UCA-B70-MIC develops a fault, contact us and we will handle the claim with Crestron. If we installed it, our workmanship is guaranteed for the lifetime of the system.
