Period houses and new builds

In new builds and deep renovations we plan the wiring at first fix, so every circuit is dimmable and every keypad sits exactly where you want it.
Replacing JCL FlexiDim
JCL has closed, and many Dublin homes still have FlexiDim. We replace FlexiDim with Crestron, Control4 or Rako, reusing the existing star wiring so there is no rewiring and very little disruption.

Can lighting control be added to an existing house?
Yes. Wireless systems such as Rako and Lutron RadioRA 3 work with existing wiring, so most rooms can be upgraded without chasing walls.
Which is better, Lutron or Rako?
Both are excellent. Lutron offers the widest range of keypads and shades; Rako is very flexible for retrofits and good value. We explain the trade offs for your house at the survey.
