Home owners with period town houses, farmhouses and new homes use 1Install as their KNX installer in Co. Kilkenny: a certified KNX Partner whose own team draws, cables and commissions every system.
KNX installer work around Co. Kilkenny
Kilkenny has stone town houses, farmhouses and new homes around Kilkenny City, Thomastown and Bennettsbridge. KNX lets a restored house keep traditional switch plates while the heating and lighting behind them become fully controllable.
Typical things we connect
- Tunable white and RGB strips on DALI drivers
- Alerts from window contacts and water leak detectors
- Live readings from the electricity meter and solar inverter
- A goodnight button on the landing that turns the house off
- Velux and skylight blinds on a timetable
Ask Siri to dim the kitchen or Alexa to close the blinds: the 1Home KNX server, from an official 1Home partner, makes KNX answer.
The KNX Association says the standard has been in use for over three decades in more than 180 countries. Budgeting? Our smart home cost guide helps, alongside the KNX installer page and Control4.
The way a job runs
Drawings, a priced interactive proposal, cable at first fix and programming at the end, then 1Install Care for changes and support.
