Every call out follows one of three response levels, agreed before the visit:
- Booked in advance: reserve an engineer for a planned visit, with the date and arrival window confirmed in writing.
- Next business day plus one: a measured response for faults that can wait, with an engineer on site within two business days of the call being logged.
- Next business day: for urgent faults, log the call before 14:00 and we attend by the end of the next business day.
