The brief

The equipment lived in a linen cupboard, with cables in a tangle, nothing labelled and faults every week. The family had lost confidence in the system and the previous installer had moved on.

What we did

  • A full survey of the existing Control4 system, cabling and network.
  • Every cable identified, re-terminated and labelled.
  • A new equipment rack with proper cable management, power and ventilation.
  • A new network at the heart of the system, then Control4 tested room by room.
