The brief

The developer builds high end new homes, and wanted the technology to match: a reliable intruder alarm, lighting inside and out, and cabling ready for the owners to add more.

What we did

  • An intruder alarm with a keypad and 1Install bell boxes.
  • Exterior lighting on the garage and around the property.
  • Lighting throughout, including bathroom floor lights.
  • Structured cabling and a labelled distribution board.

The result

A new home that is secure and beautifully lit from the day the owners move in, and ready for a full smart home whenever they want one.
